These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of semi-permanent makeup services offered by Sian Carrie Studio, located at Springfield, Chelmsford (hereinafter referred to as "the Artist" or "we"). By booking a service, you (the "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Appointments

A non-refundable booking fee of 30% will be charged upon booking to secure your appointment, except for lash infills.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance of your appointment. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will incur a 100% service charge, as your slot has been reserved exclusively for you. Rescheduling more than three times may result in your appointment being cancelled and your booking fee forfeited.

4. Service Description

The artist provides semi-permanent make-up , aesthetics and lash services described on and during consultation.

5. Client Consent and Medical Considerations

Clients must disclose any medical conditions or allergies that may affect the treatment. A patch test may be required to ensure no allergic reactions to the pigments or materials used.

6. Age Restrictions

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive semi-permanent makeup services.

7. Aftercare

Clients must follow the aftercare instructions provided by the Artist to ensure the best results and minimise the risk of complications.

8. Results and Touch-ups

Results may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. Touch-up sessions, if required, are typically scheduled 4-6 weeks after the initial appointment.

9. Liability

The Artist is not liable for any unforeseen results or complications that may arise post-treatment.

10. Privacy and Data Usage

By claiming a voucher and entering lead form information, you consent to Sian Carrie Studio contacting you via email, calls, and

texts. To cease receiving communications, please contact us at [email protected] or 07414 200856, and we will remove your data from our system. Personal data provided is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Sian Carrie Studio reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
